Welcome to my academic homepage! Shikun Qin is an Associate Professor at the School of Public Finance and Taxation at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE), China. From March 2026 to March 2027, he will be a visiting scholar at the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration, George Washington University. His research interests encompass Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), public procurement, contract management, and the relationship between government and enterprises. His forthcoming book, Public–Private Partnerships in China: Governance Logic and Policy Implications, will be published by Routledge in 2026.
